Upcoming CPE Batches

We have two CPE batches that will soon be starting up.

A.  Mid-June (approximately June 14). CPE batCPE Graduation 2012 Group bch is planned to start supervised/facilitated by Ms. Joyce Gray. The exact schedule and length is negotiable between supervisor and trainees.

B.  Mid-July (exact date to be determined). CPE batach is planned to start supervised/facilitated by Ms. Celia Munson. The tentative plan is that group meetings will be on Saturdays for a duration of approximately 18 weeks.

Thursday, May 23.  9am. “Stress Management” lecture with the Department of Agriculture. Led by Doc Sim.

Saturday, May 25.   CPE Outing. Celia’s Group

Friday, May 31.  CPE Summer Intensive Graduation (both Celia and Joyce’s groups). West Baguio Baptist Church, 9am.

Mid-June (circa June 14). Start of the next batch for CPE-Extended. Led by Joyce Gray. Contact info@bukallife.org for more information and steps to apply.

Mid-August.  Estimated date for CPE-Extended group led by Celia Munson.

Late-September.  Estimated date for CPSP – Southeast Asia Conference. in Quezon City.

Mid-January 2013.  Start of Clinical Pastoral Orientation (CPO) at Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary

  • CPE Chapel and Ministry Center Open House in late June (TBA)
  • Completion of Summer Institute “Missionary Member Care” Class, with 13 trainees from 5 nations.
  • Jehny has successfully arrived in her mission site for several months of ministry, including pastoral care and missionary member care.
  • June 5-7.  OSB Missions Conference, Mt. Carmel, Davao

May Updates for CPE

Summer Intensive 2013 is winding down. We had 11 trainees. Graduation will be May 31st at West Baguio Baptist Church and 9am.

The next batch of CPE trainees is expected to start on June 14th. It will be led by Joyce Gray.

Another batch of CPE trainees is anticipated to start some time in July if there is a demand. It would be led by Celia Munson.

Bukal Life Care & Counseling Center is certified by the College of Pastoral Supervision & Psychotherapy (CPSP). We are also a member of CPSP-Philippines. For more questions check out www.pastoralreport.com or www.cpspp.org.

Dr. Bob Munson (Administrator of Bukal Life Care) is finishing up teaching of Missionary Member Care at Summer Institute of Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary. There are 13 in the class.

He and his wife Rose, friends and partners of Bukal Life Care, learned a great deal about missionary evaluation and training. We hope to grow our expertise in this context to improve our help of missionaries and other ministry professionals.
